Report from the MIO conference 2023
A lot still resonates in me when I think about the MIO Conference 2023 of the Mindful Leadership Institute MLI that just took place.
✨After an inspiring talk with Niphun Metha and a meditative sound carpet on Friday evening, our session board for the Open Space filled up as if by magic on Saturday: more than 20 very diverse sessions from the MIO community led to a balancing act between #FOMO and #JOMO (Joy of Missing Out) among the 130 participants.
✨I myself chose sessions on Mindfulness at Bosch and E.ON, Mindfulness in Nature, Wholeness Work and Dyad Work for the individual coaching. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Beate Gotzel, Ulrike Vieregge, Johannes Betz, Germán Barona and Dr. Britta Hölzel as well as all the other session hosts for the gift you offered us with your wonderful sessions.
✨I am also grateful for so much more that came out of these 3 days in Berchtesgaden: The many big and small inspirations. The ease in the co-moderation flow with Martina Till. The knowledge that there is a strong community with shared values. The beautiful conversations and the laughter at the bar. The energising final sirtaki with Menexia Kladoura on Sunday at noon.
✨I am especially grateful for our joint work in the organising team with Claudia Gehrlein, Martina Till, Barbara Reyer, Josephine Belke and Johannes Narbeshuber. Our regular check-ins during the 3 days have ensured more connectedness and clarity about what needs to be done in front of and behind the scenes. #HuHa
We celebrated life and went into silence.
And we can all make our contribution in this world.
